Rogue spend usually isn't malicious; it’s born out of a desire to get the job done. 

Rogue spend is almost always a symptom of a broken process, not a broken person. You can try putting in controls, but to truly kill rogue spend, you have to make the right way easier than the wrong way. 

This session will discuss the symptoms, the underlying causes, and suggest a few approaches.
