Maximo does not have a Vendor Catalog Master, but it does have something close to it… the INVVENDOR table, which serves as a historical vendor catalog master. 

What if you were to reposition it as a true Vendor Catalog Master, and proactively import vendor catalogs into it? 

Many suppliers will provide electronic copies of their catalog, which could be used to maintain and keep your instance current and up to date. All in Maximo!
