Bart is a 17 year Maximo vetran. He has worked for OPC since August 2024 and was the sole Maximo Administrator for Cobb County Water for 9 years prior. He was previously involved in the Industrial Automation and Controlls field. His  experience has been in the water and electrical utilities and got his start working at the Georgia Aquarium in their Life Support Division.
