Community governance in practice
The council keeps MSCM customer-led, not shaped by vendor interests.
- Review pre-conference survey results and prioritize session topics
- Set the conference agenda based on community driven data
- Recommend resources and content for the community library
- Facilitate roundtable sessions and webinars throughout the year
- Ensure MSCM stays customer-led, not vendor led
- Represent the community in IBM Maximo supply chain industry conversations
How members are selected
Nominated by the community based on expertise, contributions, and customer-led values. Two year terms.
Time commitment
Approximately 2 to 4 hours per month: council meetings, content reviews, and one facilitated session per year.
Next council election
Two seats open January 2026. Nominations open November 2025.
