Dylan’s background spans more than two decades across engineering, reliability, consulting, and product management. Before joining IBM through the Oniqua acquisition, he held roles in customer success, account management, and consulting, helping organisations optimise inventory, improve maintenance processes, and strengthen asset performance.  Earlier engineering roles with Animatronic Engineering, Water Corporation, Assetivity, PSN, and SKILLED Group provided extensive hands‑on experience in electrical systems, industrial control, SCADA, reliability analysis, and maintenance planning. Dylan holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Computer Systems Engineering and a Bachelor of Commerce in Management and Organisational Psychology from Murdoch University.  He brings a rare blend of technical depth and product leadership, enabling him to build practical, user‑centric solutions for complex operational environments.
