Registration terms and conditions

Once payment is received, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated.

Registration may be transferred to another employee within the same company. The MSCM team must be notified of any registration transfer.

By registering, you consent to share your contact details with conference sponsors. Sponsors may contact you regarding the event.

The use of requested personal information is governed by the MSCM Privacy Policy.

By registering, you agree that your organization’s participation may be publicly acknowledged.

Business partners and implementation service providers that are not customers or Maximo end users must first become sponsors of the event.

After becoming an event sponsor, representatives of those organizations may register to attend.

The registration price depends on when payment is completed:

Early Bird Registration: $499 USD, until September 30, 2026
Tardy Bird Registration: $599 USD, October 1 through November 15, 2026
Super Tardy Bird Registration: $699 USD, November 16, 2026 through January 15, 2027
Regular Registration: $799 USD, beginning January 16, 2027

The applicable price is determined by the registration date and is shown before payment.
